Lily Flagg Farm is an organic, chemical-free grower based out of South Huntsville. Lily Flagg Farm began in 2021 with a few blueberry plants from Earth Touch and my great grandmother’s raspberries. I purchased my homestead in 2023 and began producing in small quantities for friends and family.No herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, or fertilizers are used in production, only compost and soil acidifier. Locally-sourced wood chips and recycled materials are used to build new beds. Drip irrigation and rainwater catchment are used throughout the homestead to maximize water efficiency. A native micro-prairie is being grown to increase pollinator activity and provide shelter for native species.
