Terms & Conditions
By placing an order through the Huntsville Food Hub, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ordering Window
Orders may only be placed during the open shopping window (Friday-Sunday at midnight). Once placed, orders are final.
2. Product Availability
All products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Items may be removed if producers are unable to fulfill due to weather or other unforeseen issues.
3. Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up during the designated window (Tuesdays, 4–7pm). Unclaimed orders will be held for one day and are non-refundable.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at checkout. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Prices include a 20% markup to support hub operations and our local producers.
5. Quality & Concerns
While we aim to ensure product quality, food is a living product and variations occur. If something is wrong with your order, you must contact us at hello@huntsvillefoodhub.com within 24 hours of pickup for review.
6. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who violates our policies, disrespects staff or vendors, or misuses the platform.
