By placing an order through the Huntsville Food Hub, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ordering Window Orders may only be placed during the open shopping window (Thursday-Sunday at midnight). Once placed, orders are final.
2. Product Availability All products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Items may be removed if producers are unable to fulfill due to weather or other unforeseen issues.
3. Pickup Policy Orders must be picked up during the designated window (Tuesdays, 4–6:15pm). Unclaimed orders will be held for one day and are non-refundable.
4. Payment Terms All payments must be made in full at checkout. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. A Hub service fee of 20% is added to all orders. You can learn more about the fee here.
5. Quality & Concerns While we aim to ensure product quality, food is a living product and variations occur. If something is wrong with your order, you must contact us at hello@huntsvillefoodhub.com within 24 hours of pickup for review.
6. Code of Conduct We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who violates our policies, disrespects staff or vendors, or misuses the platform.

By subscribing to text messages or email communications from Huntsville Food Hub, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before opting in.
1. Program Description
Huntsville Food Hub, LLC sends SMS and email communications to keep subscribers informed about:
Order confirmations, updates, and pickup reminders
Hub announcements and operational updates
Producer news and seasonal availability notices
Market schedule changes or closures
Community events and educational opportunities
Message frequency will vary based on order activity and Hub operations. You can generally expect no more than a few messages per week.
2. How to Opt In
SMS: You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number at checkout, on our website sign-up form, or by texting START to our designated number. By providing your number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Huntsville Food Hub, LLC.
Email: You may opt in by subscribing through our website or providing your email address at the time of account creation or checkout.
3. How to Opt Out
SMS: To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
Email: To unsubscribe from email communications, click the "unsubscribe" link included in any email we send, or contact us directly.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages. Huntsville Food Hub, LLC does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's rates will apply. For questions about your plan, contact your carrier.
5. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available through most major U.S. carriers. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations or network issues beyond our control.

7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or through direct notice. Continued use of our messaging programs following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
