Mable and Jack Farmstead

Mable and Jack Farmstead is a 22-acre rewilding project in Flintville, TN under the stewardship of Chris and Callie Enea. This sixth-generation farm has been almost continuously farmed for over 100 years. In 2022 when Chris and Callie took over they committed to rewilding the land with the goal of restoring natural prairies and growing herbs and flowers using regenerative principles.

They grow a variety of culinary herbs and cut flowers including dahlias and yarrow.
