And similar to apple cider vinegar, this does include some of the mother.The flavor profile on this immediately hits you with a sweetness on the front of your tongue followed by the sharpness of vinegar towards the back of your mouth.Used to make salad dressings, slaws, marinades, to cook pork, or whatever else your imagination tells you to do with it.Since it does include sugar, I would NOT recommend cleaning with it.I make my vinegars in very small batches and have them tested in a lab prior to selling.All of my vinegars test at a minimum or 5% Acetic Acid
