We think you can pretty much use it anywhere you'd use balsamic vinegar and be quite pleased.Ours is made with caramelized sugar, apple cider vinegar, our lovely Foxie Lottie grapes, and peppercorns.

We’re growing vegetables from Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello farm, specimen figs, fruits once carried by Johnny Appleseed, medicinal and culinary herbs, chestnuts and hazelnuts, and glorious peonies and cut flowers on a 28 acre farm on Sand Mountain.
