The Huntsville Food & Farm Hub is built with producers, not just for them.

The Huntsville Food & Farm Hub is built with producers, not just for them.

In 2026, we established a Producer Advisory Council made up of several of the Hub’s producers. The council meets quarterly and has voting power on major decisions related to how the Hub operates and evolves. This includes input on things like: operational changes, policies that affect producers, and long-term sustainability of the marketplace.

The goal of the council is to ensure that producer perspectives remain central as the Hub grows and adapts.

While not every producer serves on the council, its role is to represent producer interests broadly and help guide decisions that affect the entire marketplace.
