Short Creek Homestead

Short Creek Homestead was founded in 2022 as we had a deep desire to expand our backyard city garden into a farming operation where we could provide chemical free produce to our family and community. We found the perfect location to farm in Marshall County, AL. Short Creek Homestead sits on 10 acres and is nestled on Sand Mountain in Albertville, AL. Our custom built log cabin has a gorgeous view of Short Creek with over 300 feet of creek access that is perfect for a cool swim after a long day of farming. Short Creek Homestead farm practices are geared around permaculture, engaging all facets of the homestead to work together. Our farm features a diverse product line up that includes; Edible Flowers, Microgreens, Forested Pork, Pastured Chicken, Sprouts, Farm Fresh Eggs, Fruits and Vegetables.
