This recipe is one I had searched for almost two decades for and found it when I started my sourdough journey in May 2020. I began with the addition of sourdough starter in my favorite recipes. Chocolate Chip Cookies, Biscuits, Pancakes were my first jump into sourdough. These cookies go through a cold fermentation of 72 hours and are a delicious addition to improving your gut health with the benefits of sourdough. Made with organic AP flour, organic cane sugar, organic blackstrap molasses, semisweet chocolate chips, active sourdough starter, Harman Ridge Homestead pastured eggs, European style unsalted butter, homemade vanilla extract, Redmonds salt, and Azure NON GMO baking soda.
